the staff was lovely and helpful. i really appreciated their assistance from start to end. the breakfast was great too! the location was perfect for exploring.
The hotel is on a side street though it's close to the market and port. the entrance has stairs. I didn't see accommodations for disabilities or strollers. the towels weren't white. they looked gray.

the room had a distinct lack of soundproofing. i could hear everything happening in the hallway. also, the coffee at breakfast tasted suspiciously like it was made last week. i suspect some corners are cut.

I encountered stairs at the entrance to the building. This posed a challenge with luggage. Better accessibility would improve the experience.
